Day 1: Back in the habit

I've commited myself to going back to the gym. Luckily my workplace has a fully equipped gym which I plan to take full advantage of. For this first week, as I try to get back into working out mode, I will be concentrating solely on cardio. Which means for the next week, the treadmill is my new best friend =) Come next monday, I will begin to add in a weight training regimen which will concentrate on toning my existing muscle mass.

ran on treadmill - speed 5.1 units - 20 mins - 203 calories
weight - 174 lbs
